Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for a Public School in the District of Rangitikei

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the declaration dated the 17th day of February 1992, published in the Gazette, 27 February 1992, No. 25, page 507, declaring land acquired for a public school in the District of Rangitikei, by deleting the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following in its place.

1.5535 hectares, situated in the District of Rangitikei, being Lot 1, D.P. 11856, and part Sections 121, 122 and 123, Town of Hunterville. Balance certificate of title, Volume 558, folio 194.

Land Acquired for Pre-School Purposes Together with a Sewer Easement in the Far North District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly described in the Schedule, and a sewer easement over the land secondly described in the Schedule containing the rights and powers set forth in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and being forever appurtenant to the land firstly described in the said Schedule, are hereby acquired for pre-school purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
