Charitable Trusts Act Notices

The Trust Board of the Hohepa Homes for Care and Curative Education

Notice of Application Under Part III of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Trust Board of the Hohepa Homes for Care and Curative Education will apply to the High Court at Wellington on the 11th day of May 1992 at 2.15 p.m. for approval of a scheme varying and extending the powers of the trustees and varying the mode of administering the trust by the adoption of a new deed of trust in substitution for the existing deed, dated the 24th day of September 1956.

Any person who wishes to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of such intention to the Registrar of the Court and the applicant and the Attorney-General by not later than the 3rd day of May 1992.
