Notice of Appointment of Replacement Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

We, John MacRitchie, Donald John MacRitchie and David James Underwood, all of Wellington, hereby give notice that on the 13th day of March 1992, we appointed Ralph David Berry, chartered accountant whose office is situated at Invercargill.

93 Cuba Mall, Wellington to be receiver and manager, in the place of Messrs Anthony George Lewis and Ian McCallum Hercules to MacRitchie Bros Limited, Zip International Shopfitters Limited and Zip Commercial Interiors Limited under the powers contained in debentures registered on the 1st day of September 1989 and the 1st day of May 1991.
