Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable. All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Animal Remedies Act 1967

Licenses Issued Under the Animal Remedies Act 1967 (Notice No. 5137; Ag. 154)
Pursuant to sections 21 (6) 26A and 28 (3) of the Animal Remedies Act 1967, the Registrar of the Animal Remedies hereby gives notice that licenses have been issued, reissued or revoked in the Schedules hereto;

  1. The licenses for remedies listed in Schedule I are new licenses issued, not subject to conditions.
  2. The licenses for remedies listed in Schedule II are new licenses issued subject to conditions:
    (a) That the remedy shall not be sold to any other person other than a Veterinary Surgeon, or a Dealer or otherwise than pursuant to the prescription of a Veterinary Surgeon; and
    (b) That the remedy shall not be used otherwise than by or under the supervision of a Veterinary Surgeon.
  3. The remedies listed in Schedule III are provisionally licensed subject to the conditions set by the Animal Remedies Board.
  4. The licenses for remedies listed in Schedule IV are licenses which have lapsed or have been withdrawn by the licensee.
