Terence Christopher King, being the assignee of a debenture dated the 15th day of October 1990, given by Gladding King Real Estate Limited (now in receivership and in liquidation) to the National Bank of New Zealand Limited and duly assigned by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited to Terence Christopher King, hereby gives notice that on the 11th day of December 1991, he appointed Wayne Derek Anderson and John Rofe of Arthur Andersen & Co., whose office is at Arthur Andersen Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Gladding King Real Estate Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.

The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Picton Sales and Services Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of January 1992, the bank appointed David Ross Petterson and Bruce McCallum, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at McCallum Petterson & Co, Level Eight, BNZ Trust House, 50 Manners Street (P.O. Box 3156), Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 2nd day of May 1968.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
