Following the transfer of all policy liabilities to The Prudential Assurance Company Limited on the 31st day of October 1990, notice is hereby given in pursuance with the provisions of section 405 of the Companies Act 1955, that the above-named company intends to give notice to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington that General Accident Linked Life Assurance Limited shall cease to have a place of business in New Zealand.
