Take notice that on the 13th day of November 1991, an application for the winding up of Roxburgh Contractors Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill. On the 10th day of February 1992, an order was made transferring the proceedings to the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 6th day of May 1992 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
