Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road which will vest in Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette and pursuant to section 62 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 will form part of State Highway 38 on vesting.
