Conservation

Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve

Pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, hereby declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977; declares the said land to be classified for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the latter Act, and further, declares that the said reserve shall from part of Puponga Farm Park.

Nelson Land District—Tasman District

320.3542 hectares, more or less, being part Sections 2 and 3 and Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block I, and part Section 3, Block II, Onetaua Survey District. All certificates of title 26/120, 33/172 and 41/44 (all cancelled). All New Zealand Gazette, 1991, page 1968.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the Minister responsible for the Department of State that has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the latter Act.

Otago Land District—Waitaki District

5932 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 18741, situated in Block I, Hawksbury Survey District.
