Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 4th day of March 1992, the following special resolution was passed by the company:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, pursuant to section 268 of the Companies Act 1955, and that Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.”

Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the company on the 10th day of March 1992, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will accordingly be held, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of Ernst & Young, First Floor, National Mutual Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland on Monday, the 23rd day of March 1992 at 11 a.m., to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions:

“That pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Kingi Winiata Smiler and Peter John Morgan Taylor be nominated as joint and several liquidators of the company.

That pursuant to section 286 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, a committee of inspection be appointed.”
