Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Lundia Shelving Limited (formerly Tinman Manufacturing Company Limited), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of February 1992, it appointed Ralph Leslie O’Hara, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of West End Contractors Limited (formerly Lundia (NZ) Limited) under a debenture dated the 9th day of November 1990, which property consists of all the undertaking, goodwill and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including uncalled capital for the time being.

The situation of the office of the receiver and manager is care of Level One, 2A Kipling Avenue, Epsom, Auckland 5.
