Commodore John Anthony Botfield Lewis, O.B.E., B.C.A., is placed on the Retired List of the RNZN, with effect from 14 February 1992.

Captain J. E. N. Welch to be temporary Commodore with effect from 3 February 1992, and Commodore with seniority and effect from 14 February 1992.

Commander D. N. Wood to be Captain with seniority and effect from 14 February 1992.
