Advertising Rates

The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.

All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Animals Act 1967

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Ground at Halcombe (Notice No. 5136 Qual/0966/N-SAN)

Pursuant to section 11A (1) of the Animals Act 1967, land as specified in the attached Schedule is hereby declared to be a special quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals or one or more kind of imported animals.

Land occupied by Mr R. A. Moodie being Lot 1, comprising 45.4080 hectares, more or less, situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Oroua Survey District, being a subdivision of part Section 119, Town of Sandon (S.O. 10992(4)) and being part of certificate of title 6B-1365 (PT), Wellington Registry.

Electricity Act 1968

Proposed Amendment Number 1 to the New Zealand Electrical Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Boat Marinas and Pleasure Craft (NZECP:29 1990)

Notice is given of the intention of the Secretary of Commerce to revise the text of The New Zealand Code of Practice for Electrical Installations of Boat Marinas and Pleasure Craft (NZECP:29 1990).

Submissions in relation to the text should be made to the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

Draft copies of the Proposed Amendment may be obtained by writing to “Proposed Amendment Number 1 to ECP 29”, care of the Chief Electrical Inspectors Office, Ministry of Commerce, P.O. Box 2337, Wellington.

All submissions should be made by 3 April 1992.
