The concessions approved subject to prescribed purposes and conditions are listed in the Second Schedule to this notice and declined applications for concessions as listed in the Fourth Schedule to this notice, will not be published in the Consolidated List of Decisions.

Any concession approved may be withdrawn or modified by notice in the Gazette.

In terms of regulation 70(b)(ii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials have been determined:

Azinphos Methyl Technical

This determination is effective from 26th October 1989

RULES OF ORIGIN – DETERMINATION OF IMPORTED MATERIAL

NOTICE 1991 – 13

In terms of Regulation 70(b)(iii) of the Customs Regulations 1968, 'Goods Wholly Manufactured in Australia', the following materials shall no longer be determined manufactured raw materials:

Azinphos Methyl

This determination is effective from 17th day of December 1991

ANZCERTA RULES OF ORIGIN

Raw Material Determination (RMD)

The material Azinphos methyl technical has been added to the list of approved RMD's in terms of the 'wholly manufactured' origin category in the ANZCERTA Rules of Origin.

This determination is effective from 26 October 1989.

With effect from 17 December 1991 the previously determined material Azinphos methyl is no longer determined.

These determinations will appear in the Customs Edition of the New Zealand Gazette.
