It is hereby certified pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908, that Fawn Lodge Orchard Managements Limited and Company (“the special partnership”) has been dissolved by virtue of the following:

1. Fawn Lodge Orchard Managements Limited (“the general partner”) is in liquidation by virtue of an order for winding up made by the High Court at Rotorua on the 13th day of February 1990.

2. The special partnership passed a resolution to wind up on the 28th day of September 1990.

3. The special partnership passed a resolution to appoint liquidators on the 28th day of September 1990.

4. The operation of the deed of participation of the special partnership dated the 21st day of February 1985 and the operation of the Partnership Act 1908.
