3. The principal sums interest and all other moneys secured by the debenture became immediately due and payable under this debenture.

Now these deeds witnesseth that in pursuance of the powers conferred by Schedule B, clause 6 of the debenture, the debenture holder does hereby appoint David Alan Cairncross and Denis Cecil Woods, chartered accountants, both of Wanganui, whose offices are at the offices of Cairncross, Woods & Co., Accountants, 345 Victoria Avenue, Wanganui, jointly and severally to be the receiver of the property charged by the debenture with all and every of the power conferred upon a receiver under the provisions of the debenture.
