Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 71 (2) of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, that NZI Bank Limited has, on the 12th day of February 1992, given notice to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, pursuant to section 71 (1) of that Act, requiring the Reserve Bank to remove the name of NZI Bank Limited from the Register of Registered Banks on the 17th day of February 1992.
