Corrigendum

Amending a Notice Setting Aside Land as a Kokiri Centre

Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager of Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of August 1990, No. 150, page 3174, declaring the land set apart as a Kokiri Centre, by deleting the requirement that the land shall remain vested in the Crown.

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road and for the Purposes of a Road in the District of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road, and that the said areas shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Wellington Land District—Wanganui District

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road

345 square metres, situated in Block X, Nukumaru Survey District, being part Pakaraka 1K; marked “E” on S.O. Plan 34954, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Second Schedule

Wellington Land District—Wanganui District

Land Acquired for Purposes of a Road

463 square metres, situated in Block X, Nukumaru Survey District, being part Pakaraka 1K; marked “D” on S.O. Plan 34954, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public school and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof, subject to the sewerage rights created by transfer 109300.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Land, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a regional road and shall vest in The Auckland Regional Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Far North District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule to be road which shall vest in The Far North District Council and

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, the land described in The Third Schedule to be taken and vested in The Far North District Council.
