Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery and church reserve for the common use and benefit of in the case of the descendants of the owners and their spouses and in the case of the church of anyone of the Anglican faith.
