Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a service lane reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Dunedin City Council.

6 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, Deposited Plan 16245, situated in Block VI, East Taieri Survey District.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a utility reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Queenstown-Lakes District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the local purpose reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to become Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby notifies that in accordance with section 14 (4) of the Reserves Act 1977, The Christchurch City Council by a resolution dated the 16th day of December 1991 declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

In the notice with the above heading dated 12 November 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 November 1991, No. 181 at page 3739 is set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a pakakainga to read ‘papakainga’.
