Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Charitable Trust

I, Pamela Alice Margaret Green, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration made on the 20th day of February 1991 dissolving the Ramarama Union Church Board (AK. C.T. 211700) was made in error and that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 26 (3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

Be advised that the partnership between Terry Marshall Scott and Raymond Stanley Marx is hereby dissolved.

The partnership was formerly operating under the name Rotorua Trekking.

Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953

Proposed Release of Deposit

Allied Reinsurance Corporation of New Zealand Limited (hereinafter called “the company”) has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that pursuant to section 19 of such Act proposes to withdraw the deposit which has been made by it with the Public Trustee.

The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 19 (3) of such Act that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after 16 April 1992 the amount deposited with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the deposit shall be lodged with the District Public Trustee, at the Public Trust Office, 117–129 Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before 23 March 1992.

Dated at Wellington this 12th day of February 1992.

AA Life Assurance Limited (hereinafter called “the company”) has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of insurance in New Zealand and that pursuant to section 12 of such Act proposes to withdraw the deposit which has been made by it with the Public Trustee.

The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 12 (b) of such Act that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after 6 April 1992 the amount deposited with him by the company.
