Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th day of February 1992, UDC Finance Limited appointed John Francis Managh, chartered accountant of Wellington, as receiver and manager of all of the undertaking, all the real and personal property, all the assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including the uncalled and unpaid capital of Wainui Timber Co Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 3rd day of April 1990.

The office of the receiver and manager is at the offices of John Managh & Associates, Suite 8, Book House, 86 Boulcott Street, Wellington.
