In the notice with the above heading, dated the 6th day of November 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 November 1991, No. 173, at page 3592 for "H. 892733.1" read "H. 892733.2" which reference appears in the original notice signed on behalf of the Minister of Lands.

Land Taken for a Service Lane in Thames-Coromandel District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, G.C.M.G., D.B.E., the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be hereby taken for a service lane and to be vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council on the 14th day after the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 58696, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Pursuant to Part III of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, subject to electricity supply, right of way and right to convey water easements contained in Gazette notice B. 027137, the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, subject to right to convey water easement contained in Gazette notice B. 027137, and the land thirdly to sixtieth described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

(b) Pursuant to section 42, declares the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, subject to electricity supply, right of way and right to convey water easements contained in Gazette notice B. 027137, the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto, subject to right to convey water easement contained in Gazette notice B. 027137, to be set apart for defence purposes.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of October 1991 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 31 October 1991, No. 165, at page 3455 vesting stopped road
