Instructions

In accordance with section 97B of the Legal Services Act 1991, the Legal Services Board gives notice that it has issued the following instructions which shall come into force on the dates indicated.

Copies of all of these instructions are available for inspection free of charge at the board’s offices on the Eighth Floor of Mayfair House, 52 The Terrace, Wellington, and are available for purchase from that office or by application to P.O. Box 10247, The Terrace, Wellington.

1. Legal Services Board (Civil Legal Aid Charges) Instructions 1992 (Number 2).

   These Instructions shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1993.

2. Legal Services Board (Criminal Legal Aid Remuneration) Instructions 1992 Amendment Number 24.

3. Legal Services Board (Duty Solicitors) Instructions 1992, Amendment Number 1.

   These Instructions shall come into force on the 1st day of February 1993.
