Dairy Board Act 1961

New Zealand Dairy Board—Authorisation of Appointment and Election of Directors

Pursuant to section 3C of the Dairy Board Act 1961, and in accordance with the approval of more than three-quarters of the dairy industry and the written consent of the Minister of Agriculture, as required by subsection (3) of section 3C, I, John Bernard Murray, Secretary of the Dairy Board, hereby give notice (being the first notice to be issued under subsection (1) of section 3C) that the Dairy Board has authorised:

A. The following Co-operative Companies to appoint directors to the Dairy Board as specified below:

B. The following groups of Co-operative Companies (as defined by the Dairy Board Act 1961) to elect 1 director to the Dairy Board for each group:

(i) North Island Electing Group—Comprising all Co-operative Companies whose principal office is located in the North Island, except those co-operative companies named in A above, and any company owned or controlled by them;

(ii) South Island Electing Group—Comprising all Co-operative Companies whose principal office is located in the South Island, except those co-operative companies named in A above, and any company owned or controlled by them;

(iii) National Director—Comprising all Co-operative Companies which appoint or participate in the election of a Director under A and B (i) and (ii) hereof.

C. The following term for which each of the first directors appointed or elected in accordance with A and B above is to serve after the publication of this notice. All terms expire on 30 June in the year specified.

Kiwi Co-operative Dairies Limited:
1 director for a term of 1 year; and
1 director for a term of 3 years.

New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Limited:
1 director for a term of 1 year; and
1 director for a term of 2 years; and
1 director for a term of 3 years; and
1 director for a term of 4 years.

Northland Co-operative Dairy Company Limited:
1 director for a term of 3 years.

Tui Milk Products Limited:
1 director for a term of 3 years.

South Island Electing Group:
1 director for a term of 1 year.

National Director:
1 director for a term of 4 years.

Fire Service Act 1975

Rotorua Area Fire Districts Notice 1992

Pursuant to Section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Rotorua Area Fire Districts Notice 1992.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 31st day of December 1992.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for each of the Fire Districts listed in the Schedule.

4. This notice also revokes all previous Fire District Notices declaring Mamaku as a Fire District.

Constitution of Fire Districts

5. The Urban areas of the towns listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.

6. The boundaries of the constituted fire districts listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
