Judicature Act 1908

Appointment of Master of the High Court

Pursuant to section 26C of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, has been pleased to appoint John William Hansen a Master of the High Court for a term of 5 years commencing on the 11th day of April 1993.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908, Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint John William Hansen, Master of the High Court to be a Judge of the High Court of New Zealand for a period commencing on the 1st day of February 1993 and expiring on the 31st day of May 1993.
