Education Act 1989

Board of Trustees Election

Pursuant to section 101 of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that the first election is to be held on the 15th day of January 1993, for the board of trustees of the following school:

Kotuku Rudolf Steiner School, Dunedin.

The proprietors of the said school are entering into an integration agreement with the Minister of Education pursuant to the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975. The first meeting of the board of trustees will be held on the 1st day of February 1993.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence, dated the 17th day of August 1992, which was granted under those regulations to June Davidson in respect of Childhaven Childcare Centre, 412 Fergusson Drive, Upper Hutt.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

St Patrick's School, Dunedin.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 2nd day of December 1992. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, Princess Street, P.O. Box 1255, Dunedin.
