In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Flygt New Zealand Limited (hereinafter called “the company”):

In terms of section 335A of the Companies Act 1955, I, Alan Grant Gillard of Auckland, New Zealand, a company director of the above-named company, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Wellington, for a declaration of dissolution of the above-named company and unless written objections are lodged with the said District Registrar of Companies in respect of the proposed dissolution of the company within 30 days of the date of the publication of this notice, the company may be dissolved by the District Registrar.

The company is a non-trading entity and the application for dissolution is to be made for the sole purpose of group restructuring and reorganisation.
