The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 4th day of February 1993 at 2.15 p.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is MSAS Cargo International Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Phillips Fox, Fifteenth Floor, Quay Tower, corner of Custom and Albert Streets, Auckland 1.
