And further take notice that a bankruptcy notice under the Insolvency Act 1967, has been issued out of the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry requiring you to pay to The Commissioner of Inland Revenue at the offices of his solicitors, D. S. Morris, Crown Solicitor, care of Messrs Meredith Connell & Co, the sum of $17,603.85 being $17,433.85 the amount due on a final judgment obtained by him against you in the District Court at Papakura dated the 24 October 1991, together with $20.00 costs on the certificate of judgment and $150.00 filing fee on the request for issue whereon execution has not been stayed, or you must secure or compound for the said sum to his satisfaction or the satisfaction of the Court or you must satisfy the Court that you have a counter-claim set off or a cross demand against the The Commissioner of Inland Revenue which equals or exceeds the amount claimed by him and which you could not set up in the action or proceedings in which the judgment was obtained.
