Notice of Final Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of David Robert Securities Limited (in voluntary liquidation and creditors winding up):

Take notice that in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, the final meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Appleby and Burns, Fifth Floor, Union House, 32 Quay Street, Auckland on the 25th day of February 1992 at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her and that the proxy need not be a member of the company.
