Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Take notice that on the 3rd day of February 1992, an application for the winding up of Mutual Marketing Limited was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 3rd day of March 1992 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

The applicant is New Zealand Rail Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 24 Manukau Road (P.O. Box 9049), Auckland.
