Land Acquired for Road (SH1), North Shore City

Pursuant to section 20 (1) Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 1, and shall vest in The North Shore City Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road, and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land in Rodney District to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 15th day of May 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 May 1989, No. 89, page 2086, declaring land to be vested in John Kenneth Turner and Kenneth Stanley Turner, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the words “vested in John Kenneth Turner of Auckland, company director (as to a 9/10ths share) and Kenneth Stanley Turner of Auckland, company director (as to a 1/10th share), and shall be amalgamated in one certificate of title with the land contained in certificate of title, No. 64C, folio 287, North Auckland Land Registry” and substituting the words “amalgamated with the land contained in certificate of title 84B/294, subject to all encumbrances registered on the certificate of title on the date of registration of this notice in the North Auckland Land Registry”.
