Notice is hereby given that the first meeting of creditors of the above company (which was ordered to be wound up by the High Court on 22 October 1992) will be held at the New Zealand Society of Accountants' offices, Committee Room, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland on the 14th day of December 1992 at 10 a.m.

Immediately following the creditors meeting, the contributories meeting commencing at 10 a.m. on that day.

Business:

1. To consider the statement as to the affairs of the company.
