Evidence of the loss of the duplicate outstanding copy of lease B. 595300.1 affecting the land in certificate of title 5B/1295 whereunder Peter Simun Letica, rent collector of Auckland, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transfer of an estate in fee simple in the said land (thereby merging the leasehold estate created by the said lease), without production of the said lease; in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said transfer upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Take notice that after 1 month from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, I intend to notify upon the Register and upon the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 5B/277 the determination of “the right of access by existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off” pursuant to an application No. C. 405469.1 by Edward Llewellyn Reilly and Aileen Nancy Reilly as registered proprietor of Lots 15 and 16, Deposited Plan 51715 and being part of Te komiti 2B Block on the grounds that the said parcel of land is now served by a properly defined road known as Sandy Beach Road.
