Appointment of Liquidators and Committee of Inspection

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Total Timber Limited (in liquidation):

By order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 20th day of October 1992, Michael Stiassny and Colin McCloy, both of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of the above-named company with a committee of inspection comprised of Lynne Nodder, group credit manager; Cheryl Yagmich, group credit controller of Auckland and Ashley Ward, credit controller of Auckland.
