Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company, on the 15th day of October 1992, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

"That the company by reason of its liabilities can no longer continue business and accordingly, it be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Harris, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator."
