Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act Notices

Notice of Dissolution

Notice is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies and Credit Unions will, pursuant to section 94 of the Friendly Societies and Credit Unions Act 1982, register an instrument of dissolution of Court Wahi of the Auckland District of the Ancient Order of Foresters, unless within 3 months from the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the Court, commences proceedings to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.

I, Keith Haunui Kana, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Waikato Gun Club Incorporated H.N. I.S. 214261 was made in error and that declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
