Notice is hereby given in pursuance to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that the general meeting of Mayfair Stationery Limited (in voluntary liquidation), will be held in the boardroom of Dent Robertson & Partners, corner of Queen and Warren Streets, Hastings on Friday, the 27th day of November 1992 at 2 p.m. for the purpose of having the accounts laid before them showing how the winding up has been conducted.

“That all books and papers of the company and the liquidators be handed to the liquidator for retention in safe custody for the period required by law and thereafter for disposal by them in such manner as they may think fit.”
