Notice is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with rule 23 (b) of the trust deed dated the 22nd day of May 1987, the above-named trust on the 15th day of August 1992, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named trust will accordingly be held pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, at Ernst & Young on Friday, the 6th day of November 1992 at 9 o’clock in the morning.
