Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, hereby gives notice that on the 27th day of October 1992, it appointed Kerry Thomas Stotter and Graeme George McDonald, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of the property of Noclaf Wellington Limited, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 17th day of November 1987, which property consists of its undertaking and all its assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital for the time being.

Office of the receivers is care of KPMG Peat Marwick, Fifth Level, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland.
