Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the members of the above-named society on the 30th day of September 1992, the following resolution was passed by the society, namely:
That the society be wound up voluntarily.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Stersang Children’s Charity, Incorporated which is being wound up voluntarily does hereby fix the 13th day of November 1992, as the day on or before which the creditors of the society are to prove their debts or claims, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
