A copy of the said scheme has been deposited in, and may be inspected at, the Registry Office of the High Court at Christchurch. It is proposed that the application for approval be heard in the High Court at Christchurch on Friday, the 20th day of March 1992 at 10 a.m. Any person desiring to oppose the said scheme is required to give written notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the said Court and to the University of Canterbury and to the Attorney General, not less than 7 clear days before the date proposed for the hearing of the application.
