Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of January 1992, ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited appointed Messrs John Anthony Waller and Alan Scott Fotheringham, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Lynmore Manufacturing Company Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 28th day of September 1990 given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Seventeenth Floor, Price Waterhouse Centre, 66 Wyndham Street, Auckland.
