Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Walker Shoes Limited:

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of October 1992, Anthony Desmond Walker appointed Dilkush (Dinu) Harry, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Walker Shoes Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 2nd day of August 1979, given by that company.

The office of the receiver and manager is at the offices of Messrs Cole-Baker and Company, Chartered Accountants, Level Seven, SIL House, 44–52 Wellesley Street West, Auckland.

Glenn Howard Watt and Lynette Margaret Watt, pursuant to a debenture in their favour bearing the date the 4th day of October 1991, hereby give notice that on the 14th day of October 1992, they appointed Brian John Doggett as receiver and the manager of Glenn Howard Design Limited’s property.
