Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Southstate Corporate Finance Limited ("Southstate") with reference to King Builders Limited (in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 9th day of October 1992, Southstate appointed John Rofe, business consultant of Arthur Andersen, Chartered Accountants, Level Fifteen, Arthur Andersen Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland, as receiver of income of the property comprised in certificate of title, Volume 58A, folio 432 (North Auckland Registry) under the powers contained in memorandum of mortgage B. 960999.1 (North Auckland Registry) dated the 17th day of February 1989.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s estate and interest in the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 58A, folio 432 (North Auckland Registry).

Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited ("the trustee"), hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of October 1992, it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Richard Dale Agnew, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of the property described in the attached Schedule charged by the debenture trust deed, dated the 17th day of March 1987, given by Anzon Investments Limited in favour of the trustee.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is care of Coopers & Lybrand, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.

Schedule
The interest of Anzon Investments Limited in all amounts to be paid under and all rights associated with a deed of settlement to be executed by the company, Partnership Pacific Limited and Peter Reginald Howell and Richard Dale Agnew, as receivers and managers of the said property.

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Limited ("the debenture holders"), hereby give notice that on the 16th day of October 1992, they appointed John Anthony Waller and Alan Scott Fotheringham, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by the debenture dated the 5th day of August 1988, given by Estro Holdings Limited, in favour of the debenture holders.

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of October 1992, the National Bank of New Zealand appointed Messrs Donald Leroy Francis and Roy James Cowley, both chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of Capital Timber Products Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 8th day of May 1989 given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Level Five, 61 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
