Amending Notice

Land at Halswell Junction Road Acquired for the Supply of Electricity

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the declaration with the above heading dated the 14th day of August 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 August 1992, No. 130 at page 2848 by deleting the first four words of the Second Schedule and substituting the words “A right to convey electrical power forever appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule and”.

Land Declared to be Road in Gisborne Land District

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown and which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway 2.

Schedule

Gisborne Land District

900 square metres, more or less, being Part Lot 1, LT 714 and Closed Road shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 5577, held in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne.

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Wanganui Harbour Land

I, William Robson Storey, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve, pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (ii) of the Act, the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Wanganui District Council and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 676 square metres, more or less, situate in the City of Wanganui, being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 43292 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 15B, folio 319 (Wellington Registry).

Dated at Wellington this 1st day of October 1992.
