The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable. All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Fisheries Act 1983

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1992, (No. 5183)

Pursuant to section 28w (3) of the Fisheries Act 1983, the Minister of Fisheries, after consultation with the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board and after having regard to the provisions of section 28w (5) of the Fisheries Act 1983, hereby gives the following notice:

Notice

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 1992.
   (2) This notice shall come into effect on the day after its notification in the Gazette.

2. Interpretation—(1) In this notice:
   (a) Any reference to Quota Management Area means the appropriate Quota Management Area as defined in the Fisheries (Quota Management Areas, Total Allowable Catches, and Catch Histories) Notice 1986*; and
   (b) Species are specified by way of fishstock codes, being Fishstock Codes as defined in the Second Schedule of the Fisheries (Reporting) Regulations 1990†.

3. Exemption to Quota Aggregation Limit—(1) As from the date that this notice comes into effect, consent is given for Donkers Marine Export Limited to hold (whether by allocation or by taking on transfer or lease or by any combination of those means) no more than 38.73% of the total of individual transferable quotas for BYX 3.
