Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Jeffrey Robert Stone and June Beverley Stone, hereby give notice that on the 8th day of October 1992, we appointed Anthony Whitworth Russell, accountant, whose office is care of HBM Consultants, 15 Insoll Avenue, Hamilton (P.O. Box 14060), as receiver and manager of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 23rd day of September 1992, being a debenture from Fountain City Glass Limited, to Jeffrey Robert Stone and June Beverley Stone.
