Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 21st day of July 1992 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of July 1992, No. 118 at page 2613, by deleting from the sixth line of the text reference to “both estates” and inserting the following:

“the first described estate being.”
